Helloooooooo!
Well today is Day 17 and I have released 18 pounds I am BETTER than on track! Im so excited to share what I think is the KEY to CONTINUAL weightloss on the HCG Sublingual Drops. Even though you can stay on them for as long as you need to hit your goal, I truly believe the 28 maintenance break I gave myself has been key to my success!
I have read the blogs and heard how many people hit a plateau or experience a slllooowwwer weightloss. On the contrary I have done better than my first round!
Another real exciting moment, I am so close to being outside the 200's and into the 100's!!!!! YAY! This means I will no longer be considered OBESE! I have not been in the 100's since 1991 I think! Im so proud of myself.
I think I shared before that I was going to try mixing my veggies and I have with fine results. As you can see it hasn't done any harm. I also wanted to share this info. Last round I started my TOM in my my second week on the protocol. THIS time I started midway through my second week. Last time I didnt gain or lose anything. THIS time I continue to lose. Who knows.
Talk to you all real soon!

HCG Still Maintaining!
Just checking in again!
Well I believe I am pretty ready to begin my next round of HCG. I have maintained my weight at about 215. This morning however I woke up to 216.6. This is not my first time bouncing around.
What I have learned during maintenance:
Well I believe I am pretty ready to begin my next round of HCG. I have maintained my weight at about 215. This morning however I woke up to 216.6. This is not my first time bouncing around.
What I have learned during maintenance:
- You CANNOT eat whatever you want. I say this because many people believe that because your metabolism is re-set that now you have some kind of immunity to weight gain. I don't blieve that is true. I truly believe that HCG is the solution to quick, and healthy weightloss. I also coach all my clients to begin to re-think their eating and exercise habits. It's like that old addage, "If you continue to so what you've always done, you will always have what you have always received."
- You MUST, MUST, MUST continue your 2 liter water intake. This is a must and you need to resolve to make this a part of your everyday life.... FOREVEEERRRR! = )
- You must exercise. Period. Im not saying you need to get a gym membership, but you might want to consider this investment in yourself. You truly need to begin atleast walking. I believe this is especially true in your first months of maintaining your new weight. Until you have completely changed your eating habits, you might fall back into some bad habits. This won't be as devistating to your new weight if you have added exercise.
- When you begin Maintenance and then Lifelong Maintenance it is important to "introduce" carbs and sugars s-l-o-w-l-y. I have noticed a couple of things can happen when you don't take your time with this process, constipation, water retention, weight gain, and then lack of mental determination and focus. Constipation and water retention tend to happen for two reasons, a reaction almost like shock to change and in some cases the foods your eating maybe too fattening or may cause constipation. Another reason for this is not continuing your water intake and fruit snacks twice a day. Fruit and water has a great way of just keeping things moving and eliminating that "hungry" feeling. This is especially true the older you are. When our weight begins to get out of control (up 3+ pounds) we might panic or give up and feel "this is just like all the other times" and give in to our weight gain. DON'T!
Finally, I just have to say I am so excited about my progress. I really believe that because I know what to expect this next round, it may be easier. I also know that many times people believe they can manipulate the system because they have found "shortcuts". I don't believe in shortcuts but I do believe in experimenting. Which brings me to what I will do differently NEXT go round......
Check back for my next post to see what my NEW protocol will include!

HCG Day 21 of R1P3 - 215.3 total release 26 lbs
Okay so if you haven't noticed I have changed the way I title my posts. I'm trying to make them a little more understandable LOL.
For "newbies" to the HCG lingo here are a few translations:
R1P3 - translation - Round 1 Phase 3
VLCD - Very Low Calorie Diet
R1D21P3 - translation - Round 1 Day 21 of Phase 3, so for instance I have been on the protocol for 51 days (2 days phase 1 + 28 days of phase 2 + 21 days of phase 3 = 51 total days on the protocol.
T.O.M. = Time Of Month
Well enough of that little lesson.
I am still doing well. Today is day 3 of "T.O.M's" visit and I haven't gained any water weight but perhaps I have gained a pound but it doesn't really seem like it since I lost 2 more pounds last week.
So today on the www.HCGDietConnection.com website we have added a 65 page recipe book FREE. Come visit the site today!

HCG Day 12 - 213.6!!!! 28.0 lbs released R1P3
Little High Little Low!
What a ride this has been.... First I want to say that I feel like I don't really know my body anymore. I lost another 2 pounds. I'm not really trying to. I have actually been a little skittish about what I am eating. I think that when something seems too good to be true you sort of expect the bottom to fall out or to wake up and realize that the 28 pounds you have lost was just a dream! That is some real stinkin' thinkin!
I am making this portion of the protocol what I think it's supposed to be. I am eliminating starches and sugars. That being said, I don't believe I am supposed to eliminate ALL Carbs. I have eliminated Complex Carbs (starches). Basically I dont eat bread, grains, potato, and pastas.
I have been doing my best to stay away from all those obviously sugary foods. I do know that I have made a couple of mistakes when it comes to salad dressings. Basically my diet is protien and vegetables only.
I am doing my best to continue drinking my required water intake and my morning and afternoon fruits. I also have atleast 12oz. of green tea everyday.
I know some of the most satisfying food I eat is cheese but I try to remember that cheese is high in fat so I try to keep that as a snack once a day.
Struggle:
I DO want to have carbs. I know I am craving them. It is not an out of control craving BUT I do have to make myself "step away from the spaghetti Misty and no one gets hurt!" I think I am doing okay as far as sweets go. Would I like to eat some of those Valentines chocolates that were making their way around here yesterday? Yes! But....
I also am wondering if I am protien deficient. I am CRAVING meat like crrrazy. When I do I have a handful of nuts, or cheese, or some chicken breast and snack. That pretty much satisfies.
Mornings are hard for me. I DON'T KNOW WHY????!!!! I was never really a big breakfast eater much less anything more than a fruit or bowl of cereal. Now I really want the POWER BREAKFAST! Eggs, meat and toast! I have been trying to satisfy my morning hunger with fresh fruit and non-fat yogurt but I still feel lacking. Oh well...
Thanks you all for all the orders starting to come in to my little company. What is even more exciting are the results that are starting to come in. Congratulations Ashleigh, Mary, Lori! Keep it up!

HCG Day 31 - 214.6!!!! 27.0 lbs released R1P2
Im feeling FABULOSO! I exceeded my expectations! Shame on me for not believing in myself! My first goal was to lose 15-20 pounds. I set the bar so low because I really thought i would have to quit or cheat but I didn't do any of that. I never even really wanted to! Then when I hit that my next goal was 25 pounds, BOOM I hit that. My final goal was "Could I really hit the advertising slogan goal of 26 pounfd in 26 days?" And I did it! I finished day 28 at a release of 27 pounds.
I will take my measurements tomorrow. I can't wait!
I finally started my own HCG company and company website www.HCGDietConnection.com .
I hope you will all visit it soon!
